BTSH Cancellation Policy: A minimum of 24 hours is required to cancel any appointment with a BTSH team member. If less than 24 hours is provided, you will be billed 50% of the total appointment fee unless the time can be re-booked for another client. No show appointments are billed full consultation fee.
